Allure Owner-Operator, Amber is an award-winning stylist in the beauty industry for over 20 years. Her education is extensive and ongoing. She has attended classes worldwide. Including runway shows where she was a Colorist and Educator for Goldwell Hair color. She is now attending ongoing education with Pravana. Shelby Matson was destined to become a hairstylist having been born in the business. Seeing her mom do hair in the salon was always an Inspiration. Watching and learning how she would make people feel beautiful on a daily basis was always something Shelby admired. She now gets the same gratification working next to her mom. She is aware that people come to experts in the beauty industry hoping to have their image for themselves to come true and that’s what we do. Making people feel more confident and beautiful sometimes even with a simple shampoo and style. Shelby primarily uses Matrix color but ventures out depending on the needs of the hair and desired result. Each line has something different to offer she does not limit herself to just one line. She is a former Matrix Artistic Educator and Regional Education Director for Regis, as well as, has certifications from Vidal Sassoon Academy. Hollie has over 27 years in the beauty industry. She is a state-licensed Cosmetic Tattooist/Permanent Makeup Artist and has performed over 8000 procedures enhancing Eyebrows, Eyeliner and Lips. In Brows she offers several techniques such as the most popular choice Powder Brows, as well as Ombre and Microblading, and will even mix and match to find the best possible Brows for each client. For Eyeliner she is very fast and efficient, and offers the popular Lip Blushing techniques. Other tattooing services include Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) to help fill in thinning hair for men and women as well as Para-Medical tattooing of areola/nipple for breast reconstructions. Olga has been a personal skincare consultant for over 12 years. She is passionate about helping every client achieve confidence in their skin in order to look and feel their best. Prior to becoming a Licensed Master Esthetician from the Aesthetics Institute, Olga continually invested in education from some of the most experienced specialists in the industry. She has shared her knowledge and expertise in over 100 masterclasses and has performed over 1000 facials, ultimately passing on many of the proven principles and techniques for building a successful skincare regimen and achieving long-term skin health.
